Standard Warranty

J-MOK provides a standard limited warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, or for the minimum warranty period required by applicable law — whichever is longer.

If a J-MOK product is confirmed to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, J-MOK will repair or replace the product free of charge, in accordance with the terms below.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal consumer use.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or surface wear

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Exposure to water, dirt, or other liquids beyond product specifications

  • Improper use, failure to follow care or operating instructions

  • Charging-related damage, including use of non-J-MOK chargers or power adapters

  • Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or tampering

  • Commercial use, resale use, or product modifications


Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Repair or Replacement

If a defect is verified within the warranty period, J-MOK will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost.
Replacement products may vary in color or model, but will be of equal or greater value.

2. Proof of Purchase Required

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • The original proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt), and

  • The extended warranty confirmation email, if applicable

Customers are advised to print and securely store these documents.

3. Geographic & Distributor Limitations

This warranty applies only to products:

  • Distributed by UAB Mbrush (as indicated on the product packaging), and

  • Purchased within Europe and the United Kingdom

Products purchased outside these regions or through unauthorized sellers may not be eligible.


Exclusions from Warranty

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Repairs or servicing performed by anyone other than J-MOK or an authorized service provider

  • Modifications made without written authorization from J-MOK

  • Damage caused by non-J-MOK accessories or failure to use approved accessories


Product Scope Disclaimer

This warranty applies only to J-MOK main devices, including:

  • Electric toothbrushes

  • Water flossers

It does not cover:

  • Brush heads

  • Nozzles

  • Consumables or any other accessories


Environmental Responsibility

J-MOK is committed to environmental sustainability.
Some products may contain recyclable electronic components or batteries. Please do not dispose of these items in household waste. Instead, take them to designated electronic waste collection points in your country for proper recycling.

Legal Notice

  • J-MOK reserves the right to interpret, amend, or clarify this warranty policy in compliance with applicable laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

  • Eligibility for the 1-year extended warranty is determined by J-MOK based on factors including, but not limited to, purchase channel, purchase date, product model, and other relevant criteria.
