Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store https://j-mok.com/ and define the rights and obligations of both the customer (“Buyer”) and the Store.

By using the Store, placing orders, making payments, submitting personal data, or accessing any content or services, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the “Pay” button during checkout, the Buyer confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

If the Buyer does not agree with these Terms, they must not use the Store or place an order. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to the Buyer is the one in force at the time of purchase.

Purchase Contract Formation

The purchase-sale contract is considered concluded when the Buyer adds products to the cart, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, reviews and accepts these Terms, and completes the order. The contract remains valid until all obligations are fully fulfilled.

User Account

A user account is created automatically upon the Buyer’s first order. Registration requires a valid email address and password. One Buyer may register only one account. Account registration is free of charge.

The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Store is not liable for any damage resulting from unauthorized access due to password disclosure.

To delete an account, the Buyer must contact support@j-mok.com.

Prices and Order Value

All prices are displayed in the Store and apply only to purchases made online. The Store reserves the right to change prices at any time. The final payable amount is shown in the order summary before payment is completed.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing and shipping times are calculated in business days. Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days after payment confirmation. If an item is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via the Paysera payment system and may be completed using credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, or supported Lithuanian banks.

All order and payment-related information is sent to the Buyer via the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. Delivery status updates are sent by email and may also be viewed in the Buyer’s account.

Orders are delivered via DPD or FedEx courier services. If delivery fails due to circumstances attributable to the Buyer, re-delivery will only be arranged upon additional payment. Unclaimed orders are returned to the Seller.

Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled before shipment by contacting support@j-mok.com. If no written cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be processed and dispatched as scheduled.

Liability

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided when placing an order. The Seller is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Compensation is limited to the price of the purchased goods.

The Seller does not compensate for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost income. The Store is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party systems or networks.

Complaints

To submit a complaint, the Buyer must contact support@j-mok.com and provide the order number along with a brief description of the issue.

The Seller will review the complaint free of charge and respond within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise required by applicable European Union legislation.

Returns and Refunds

The Buyer has the right to return goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned goods are received and are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

J-MOK provides a 2-year standard warranty on eligible products. Devices registered on J-MOK.com are eligible for an additional 1-year extended warranty.

A maximum warranty period of 3 years applies to products purchased from June 1, 2024. Products purchased before this date are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery and contact customer support immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Lithuanian law applies to all legal relationships arising from these Terms.

If the Buyer does not agree to comply unconditionally with these Terms, they are not entitled to use the Store’s services.
