Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns

J-MOK offers a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Due to hygiene considerations, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags must remain attached
  • The plastic sealing film must be unbroken
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

If the return is not due to a product defect or a merchant operational error, the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

No refund, replacement, or repair will be issued if returned items:

  • Are sent back after the 15-day return period
  • Are physically damaged, modified, or exposed to liquids
  • Are missing parts or accessories
  • Are not covered under warranty

For repaired or replaced items, the Buyer remains solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees related to replacement parts, labor, or transportation, where applicable.

Before returning any product, please contact support@j-mok.com to obtain the correct return address. Once your return request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided.

If the product is confirmed to be free from defects, all logistics and return costs shall be borne by the Buyer.


Damages and Issues

J-MOK provides a 2-year standard warranty. Products registered on J-MOK.com are eligible for an additional 1-year extended warranty, subject to applicable terms.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received an incorrect item

Prompt contact allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for products that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact support@j-mok.com.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or physical damage
  • Exposure to liquids
  • Incorrect operation or failure to follow user instructions
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Failure to clean or improper cleaning
  • Incorrect voltage or unauthorized electrical connections
  • Use of non-authorized, incompatible, or defective parts or chargers
  • External factors such as power surges, thunderstorms, vermin, or force majeure events
  • Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, dampness, or corrosive environments
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or servicing by non-J-MOK personnel

For voltage safety, J-MOK products must be charged using authorized or standard chargers only.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These rules are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

All relationships arising from these rules shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes arising from the implementation of these rules shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
